Technology Services staff continue their work to address the file services issues we have been experiencing. This work is focused in two areas. Staff continues to work with Dell to resolve the issues with file server DASD1. Staff is also working to respond to requests to retrieve and restore data from DASD1 that is not available to users on DASD2. We are making positive progress in both these areas. Staff will continue work this weekend on these issues. We will update this messageif there is anything significant to report. In any case, we will provide an update Tuesday morning, May 26 with the current status of this work.
