With the landscape of mobile devices rapidly changing; delivering convenience, security, and support is a challenge. In an effort to meet the needs of our faculty/staff/students, the Technology Services Help Center is hosting a section of support pages relating to mobile devices, including IOS (iPhone, iPod, iPad), Android and Windows Phone/RT devices.
The self-help resources offer students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to configure personal or university owned mobile devices through step-by-step instructions. A section on best practices and security recommendations for mobile devices is available.
Technology Services provides support for mobile devices in use in the campus community. This site provides a central resource for all of your mobile device questions and needs.
To get started, select the appropriate mobile devices user category (Faculty & Staff, or Students) from the "Mobile Devices" sub-menu on the left.
