- Chrome browser users have reported that Zimbra looks different with the new update of Chrome, v.45. Please note, that the functionality of Zimbra hasn't changed, however, the way it looks changed. Technology Services opened a service ticket with Merit and they've reported that it's a known issue with Chrome v.45. Zimbra is aware and is currently working on a fix which will not be available for several weeks. Merit is experimenting with workarounds and pluggins but has been unable to find an acceptable resolution.
Until a solution is found; we suggest the following:
--Switch to different browser: Firefox, or Internet Explorer
--If you prefer to use Chrome [v.45] as your browser you can make some modifications to adjust the look of Zimbra. When logging into Zimbra change from the current "Default" option to "Standard HTML". In addition, once you're logged in, go to Mail Preferences under “Sign in Options” and change the option to "Standard HTML" .
