Right-click on the folder (or calendar, address book, etc.) you want to share.
Select Share Folder (or calendar, address book, etc.).
In the Share Properties box, in the Share With field, select Internal Users or Groups.
In the E-mail field, enter the e-mail address of the individual with whom you want to share the Zimbra object. You can also type addresses that are not on the Global list, but the user or group must have a valid "csufresno" address.
Select the role in the Role field. Note that "Admin" role allows sharing with other users.
Select the message type in the Message field.
Do not sent mail about this share. No message is sent.
Send standard message. The standard share notification is sent to the e-mail address including the name of the item being shared, your address, the grantee's address, and the role assigned with a list of the allowed actions.
Add a note to standard message. You can add information to the standard message.
Compose e-mail in new window. Create and send a new e-mail message.
